研究概况

      本团队主要针对临床对女性不孕、自发流产和出生缺陷等生殖相关疾病的诊疗和防范需求,围绕“决定卵母细胞质量的分子机制” 这一基础研究前沿与临床研究热点,利用小鼠遗传学模型和人类临床资源研究卵母细胞与卵泡发育成熟以及卵子遗传信息稳定传递的机制,以期为揭示临床患者卵母细胞发育成熟缺陷与卵子质量低下的遗传与分子机理,探索非损伤性预测卵母细胞质量的分子标志,改善卵子质量,提高辅助生殖成功率,防止自发流产和出生缺陷等生殖相关疾病提供理论基础和思路。


具体研究内容包括:

1. RNA结合蛋白介导的转录后调控在卵子发生与卵泡发育过程中的作用与机制

2. “卵母细胞-颗粒细胞双向交流”调控卵母细胞与卵泡发育成熟的分子机理

3. 卵母细胞发育成熟障碍与卵子质量下降的遗传与分子基础
