崔志伟博士，山东省（海外）优秀青年科学基金获得者、山东大学齐鲁青年学者。于2020年在清华大学机械工程系取得博士学位，2016年在北京航空航天大学机械工程及自动化学院取得硕士学位。参与多项国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、军口（航天五院、沈飞）等项目。2021年2月至2025年2月期间在香港中文大学任博士后研究员。迄今以第一作者已在IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics、IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、 IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Systems Man Cybernetics-Systems等国际顶级或知名期刊发表论文十余篇。长期担任IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics 、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、IEEE Transactions on Medical Robotics and Bionics等众多国际顶级或知名期刊审稿人，担任Frontiers in Control Engineering、Machines等国际期刊客座编辑，担任Robot Learning国际期刊青年编委。
