教师简介

1981年生于山西平遥。1999年起山东大学化学与化工学院化学专业本科。2003年起山东大学晶体材料研究所硕博连读研究生,期间获国家留学基金委资助,赴意大利比萨大学物理系留学两年。2010年起山东大学晶体材料研究所,晶体材料国家重点实验室工作。主要从事人工功能晶体的生长及性能研究,采用提拉法(Czochralski)、微下拉法(micro-pulling-down)、及激光加热基座法(LHPG: Laser Heated Pedestal Growth),开展激光晶体(大口径体块晶体及单晶光纤)、磁光晶体、氧化物半导体晶体等的研究。主持和参加了国家重点研发计划、山东省重点研发计划、教育部联合基金、863973、国家自然基金委青年基金和仪器专项、山东省科技发展计划、中国博士后科学基金、山东大学青年学者未来计划等。获得军队科技进步贰等奖、首届中国科技期刊优秀论文奖等。在Crystal Growth & DesignCrystEngCommJournal of Crystal Growth等期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,获授权发明专利5项。
